How to change the second front turn signal lamp Mod. 2012

I had to change the turn signal lamp on my 2012 R350 with HID lamps.

I replaced the lamp with an LED version. After that, I recognized, that there is another lamp, right to the middle. Why? The LED switches on and of very fast. The old bulb was kind of blending in and out. You know, this kind of effect brake lights have (LED vs. old school).
There are two turn signal lamps per side. The first I replaced, is marked pink. This one is mentioned in the manual.
The other one is marked green. How can I change this one? two turn signal lamps per side
I found a picture of the bottom side of the headlamp.
There you can see the lamp I've changed (pink) and a lid with two bolts (green). If this one is the access to the second lamp, you have to dismantle the headlamp
Does anyone have a scheme from MB of the headlight? I wonder what is underneath the lid and if there is the second lamp, which lamp socket it'll be.
