R320 Coolant and Diesel Leak
Hello:

I am new in this forum, but I need advice, my 2007, Mercedes R320 is leaking coolant and diesel, please see attached pictures. What could be the problem?, Where do I need to check?

Left upper side


Under air intake hose....


Right upper side


See the diesel.....
