power steering noise, ONLY when NOT turning......any ideas !??

1998 ml320 with lift, dirt tires and rust !!!
power steering noise, ONLY when NOT turning......any ideas !??
so, r500 2006 200 000km
started yesterday, faily loud hydrolic noise from the power steering, NOT engin speed related, NOT car mooving related ( noise is the same stoped or driving ) Noise ONLY then steering wheel not touched....dont know how to say it, when i turn, no noise, when i just press the steering left or right ( putting light pressure on it, left or right but not even turning, ) no noise, i can be centered, all the way right, all left, no changes, as soon i let go the seering wheel, noise, as soon i put pressure on the steering, no noise....
changes the fluid.....still the same
any ideas ???
fluid seams to become faily warm ( was hot just leaving the car 15 minutes in the drive way... )....
cheked the entire internet, only mentionned noise when turning, never noise when NOT turning !!!!
