Airmatic compressor filter?
I have read that the airmatic compressor has a replaceable filter.
I have rear airmatic only. I am unable to find a part# for the R350.
I find them on ebay for Ml and Gl but not R.
Help needed.

Text below is from the exhaustive W251 fluid & maintenance guide found "HERE"
But there is one filter for the Airmatic suspension compressor that many overlook when servicing. And it isn't sold separately on the R, ML, or GL class. You can spend $250 retail to get it (and get some peripheral hoses and brackets along with it). Or you can use the $10 cross over below.
Considering how much road dirt ends up where this filter is located (under the car) and how much an Airmatic compressor costs, I would change it every 20k-30k. With so many Airmatic pumps failing between 60k and 100k, it's interesting that this filter is not sold separately by Merc or even mentioned in the owner's manuals maintenance/service list...
Airmatic Compressor Filter assembly: MB 251 320 00 69 / filter only: Mann WK32/7 / Commonly available on-line $10.
The OE number shown in the post is actually the complete $250 assembly. Rebuildmastertech.com is selling the Mann unit. I put one on myself but found it using the Mann pn# on Amazon / Fleabay with free freight..

Mann WK 32/7 is correct
The filter I received from RMT was incorrect- nipple size too small.
I could have sleeved the nipples, but instead bought a generic filter at O'Reilley for $2.49.
The filter is located at the top of the front right wheel well. Loosen front portion of wheel liner by removing 5 bolts, 1 nut, and 3 push pins to gain access.
At 90k filter did not appear dirty.
To my surprise, however, there was a tear in the hose between filter and compressor. I spliced the hose.
