New Facelift Conversion
Hello ...
Any suggestion for conversion 2006 version to 2010 new facelift version? What should i buyt to convert this beast... And where can i get the part? Hope someone can helps me.. Thank you in advance..

If you are talking about just the exterior, you need basically the full front end, tail light bumper etc. Best bet is to local one that was involved in an right off and take parts from it?

Thank you for your suggestion...in my country this car is rarely seen...im trying to find the fender..but i couldn't find...bumper, headlight and front bonnet should be no problem.... If anybody knows where i can buy the fender? Please helps me..

you can buy it in Mercedes stealership. fast, but expensive
I collected mine parts almost two years /many of them used/ but some bought for full price. In our country no used parts for this vehicle

I've seen a lot of R class vehicles, but never seen a 2010 stateside with the facelifted front end and tail lights. To verify, compare the 2010 sales brochure to the 2011 found HERE.
Maybe your spec of 30.9.09 is referring to the minor interior changes (instrument cluster, steering wheel, etc.) that were made to the '10, but OP has been referring only to exterior changes so far.

I have also seen more than a few R Class vehicles and as you, prefer to rely on reference material. That said, I have not yet found any EPIC references in my STAR DAS EPIC module showing the exterior of the 2010 R class received any of the part numbers associated with the 2011 face lift.
For the benefit of the OP and considering both the above and the product brochures posted that evidence the exterior facelift was implemented in the 2011 MY, you might want to post something specific using links, attachments, etc. besides using the word EPIC or about your personal collection.

second - both versions were made in year 2009 - version "801" is facelifted produced from 30.09.2009. Version "800" is old one produced to that date.
i can give you vin of the car delivered in 2010 which was facelifted. On the other hand my friend have got pre facelift and build date 2010.

EPC, EPIC, whatever. Non sequitur.
More importantly, When you publish, you should use a printed reference. Sure would like to see that as I don't think anyone on this side of the ocean has seen a 2010 with a facelift body.
