I'm trying to determine if my AC compressor is shot or if it's something else. I've seen posts about jumpering the pressure switch or the Klima relay but am having trouble finding ether of them.

I've checked the refrigerant pressure and it was very high over 75 psi so I bled some off and got it down to 35 psi which was back in the blue range. Still no luck getting the compressor to kick on. The prior owner said he had had the AC serviced to look for a leak, I'm thinking they may have over filled it and now I can't get it to reset.

Any help or links to earlier posts are appreciated, I looked through the first 15 pages of the R forum and searched the rest of the site but nothing seemed applicable to the R series.
