Bought the R to replace an older GLK so I have a vehicle that can accommodate adults but the GLK had more legroom from the driver's perspective. In the R, my knee hits the corner of the center console (to the left of the seat warmer button) even with the seat all the way down/back #tallguyproblems
If the seat were to go back another 1.5-2 inches, problem would be solved. I stopped by 2 shops and they say it's not possible to mount the seat further back without custom welding/brackets. Anyone on the board modified the seat to accommodate a tall driver?
