Looking at a an R Class, wanted to know if there are any common issues to look out for?

I assume the balance shaft issue from other cars with the m272 was fixed around the same time, so I kept my search as 08+

I've found an 2008, 2010, and 2011 that all fit my needs... I know at least the 2011 has the facelift, but are there any other changes?

Sorry if this is a repeat I tried using the search, but nothing came up...
