Does anyone know what needs to be done for transmission that won’t move

The first thing is getting a scanner which can scan TCU for faults. Further moves depend on the results of the scan.

2006 r350

2006 r350 trans problem

I have changed fluid&filter the transmission still won’t engage having same problem as sedge11 did , I got isoft scanner &cleared the tcm codes still won’t move
