Electrical power loss at 12v jumper terminals
My 1180CCA rated battery reads half that when tested at the engine bay jumper terminals.
When tested on the battery terminals it reads 1100CCA.
As a result (and whilst its winter in Australia) its finding it hard to crank over, especially in the mornings.
Any tips would be appreciated.
Measuring anything at the jumper terminals doesn't indicate battery condition. Measuring directly on the battery is how to measure the battery. If the engine is slow cranking I would replace the battery, and the auxiliary battery while you are at it.

They are the ones that said it tests fine out of the car!
