Misfires

2008 R350 base model.
I just replaced the Manifold runner actuator as the actuator was broken and I was not passing the state inspection.
I bought the URO actuator kit, removed the intake Manifold and installed everything back up.
When I started the car, it started misfiring on 6, so I removed all Injectors, cleaned then and put them back together.
Still misfiring, I replaced all 6 new spark plugs and the misfire in number 6 remains.
I switched around the injectors and ignition coils, still number 6 is misfiring long with 5 now.
Totally not understanding the problem. Can it be an electrical problem? I rechecked all wires to ensure all connectors are connected, at my wits end now. Please help.

FUYAA wont work, you need a good scan to determine the correct direction.

Do you have the Engine Crankcase Breather Hose plugged in very well?
I forgot to plug mine up (to the top of the manifold) and the engine sounded like it wanted to die when I started it.

Many folks assume “misfire” means an ignition problem.

if MAF specifies a fuel/air mixture that can’t be ignited, that’s a misfire too.

if a cylinder has little to no compression, a misfire is likely.

etc.
