Hi,

I have my door mechanic on the right rear door handle replaced, once its replaced they keyless on that door does not work at all and when I scanned it, it gives the error code of "B1 A4D1 3 = The KEYLESS GO sensor in the right rear door handle has a malfunction, there is open circuit"

They most likely replaced with a door handle that was not a Keyless Go door handle. That, or they didn't plug it in, or the door handle is bad.

its the same original door handle or do you think the cable might be broken?

What exactly were they doing to the door?

They could have broken a cable, but more likely forgot to plug it back in.
