Driving and dash light out and stereo also,

I have a 2009 R320, with 137866 KM, Just rebuilt the Engine a few months ago, The problem i have is, when driving, the car light as " Dash, Stereo and Outside lights would go out, but engine would still be running, After 10 sec, everything would come back on, as normal. Just looking for info, thanks

The reason for the engine for rebuilt, it spun the main bearing.
