Help to locate navigation and Radio module for fiber optic loop

Dear Members,

Help needed to troubleshoot COMMAND system struck on MB logo.

I have a 2008 model and my command system is struck on MB logo. When I power it on the MB logo appears and is struck there. I can hear the radio sound and struck on one station. No other button works. Looks like one of the module gone bad. Now if I need to do a fiber optic loop then any pointers where these modules are located and any diagram would help. Or anyone who had this issue and if there was any solution.

I have tried to unplug and plug back the radio fuse in the rear (trunk) of the vehicle with no luck. Any other plug that needs to be checked?

Thanks.

There is no separate navigation module. The radio is the navigation unit.
