Car: R 320 CDI
When I start the car, the engine fault light comes on. I suspect that there is a problem with the EGR valve, when I turn on the ignition and start the car, nothing happens to the EGR valve (it is stationary).
I have cleaned the EGR valve but it did not help. How can I check the function of the EGR valve, there are four pins in the connector. Is it controlled via can-bus or is it controlled via a PWM signal out of the 12V? If so, does anyone have a wiring diagram?
