Clicking noise during left turn

2013 R350 BlueTEC 4 MATIC, Canada

I hear a clicking noise during a left turn. I jacked up the front left tire yesterday tried to shake it in all directions, no moves at all. I removed the tire and check all the bushings, tire rod, control arm, etc., didn't see any damages. Power steering fluid is full.

Any idea where else shall I check?

If you're hearing clicking noise when turning it's likely your CV Joint. There is rubber boot that fits over it and it may show some wear or cracks. I don't know if the picture will post but marked as item #11. I wasn't able to locate anything for a 2013 and the picture is for a 2012 R350.

Thanks for your reply. Where do you find this diagram? I want to find the part no for #11.
The other day I did take a look didn't find any toured boots or bushings, need to check it more closely.
In a normal case like this, do you just replace #11 or the whole front axle shaft? I've worked on my BMW, but this is first time I start serious DIY on my MB. US has the last year in 2012, Canada has 2013.

it also could be part #15 - control link that makes the noise - to check for any movement in it you would have to lift the front of your car on left and right side.

Yesterday I lifted left side only, can't move the tire at all, then removed the tire and checked all boots and bushings, didn't see any cracks. Only lots of debris when unscrewing wheel nuts and between hub area. I cleaned them. and put the wheel back. Today seems the clicking sound is gone, can't reproduce the noise, weird.
