How to use iCarsoft MBII scanner to locate diesel related issue?

OBDII scan can find the error code, but I can figure out how to use the Mercedes option to locate this error code, can't find a module covers that. Can anyone tell me?

My scanner version is 11.4. Do I need to upgrade? My car 2013 R350 in Canada. I want to see which NOx sensor is having problem or both.
