Currently have Michelin Premier LTX which were okay and lasted around 40k miles. Thinking about going with Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady. Anybody has experience using them or any other recommendations? I am in NJ so looking for all weather tires.

I would suggest looking at the Michelin CrossClimate 2.

If its just cruising, I went with the Yokohama Geolander series. They ride great, and zero road noise. Pretty affordable too.

I bought Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 on the front and am now getting them on the rear. I recommended them to two friends who have an RX350 and Odyssey and both love them. A bonus is it has a wear rating of 800 an cost is super reasonable. They are super quite, handle well and grip well. Couldn't be happier. Oh, and they have a nice fat rim protector to help prevent rim damage.

I have got 255/50R-19 Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season Plus II XL on a 2011 R350, and they perform great - probably like the AS2 but may be a bit cheaper. I like them more than the Continental All Seasons the car came with when new to me.
