Will this wheel fits?

P275/50R20 came of 2020 GLS450
Mine is 2013 R350 BlueTec 4Matic, the original and current wheel is P265/45/R20.
I don't mind it's a bit larger, just want to make sure it will fit.

Not sure on the fitment, My guts are telling me no but then again ive done 22" wheels on these bad boys with no issues.
the one thing to consider is that its obviously considered oversize for the car so what will be effected is the reality of your speed.
if your speedometer reads 60mph your actual real speed will be 62.93mph . not a big issue at all however a cop on a school zone might say easy buddy lol, here is a link that might help its just a calculator

you can do the homework. Find the specs of the wheel. Usually the width and offset is marked on the back side. Or you can find the owners manual and get the wheel specs there.
Same with the specs of your car wheels.. Then to to a good tire site and use their wheel size/ offset calculator.

I tried 3 sizes
19x8.5 GL rims with 275/55/19. Fit fine but the fronts are very close to inner lining
19x8 ML rims with 255/50/19. No problems at all
22x9.5 rims with 255/35/22. No problems at all
