interior lights flickering

Bought my R along with the interior lighting blinking. I drove for a year together with the disco (during the day you can't see it

The battery died and after replacing it blinks more does anyone know what it could be?
it blinks even after turning off and locking the car...

Possible water intrusion on the front and/or rear SAM? Check your trunk and under the front passenger seat.

All plugs from SAM have been unplugged, it blinks the same without any change. I will change the alternator because it charges a little low voltage, maybe it will change something. After disconnecting the command radio it getting down( sleep) and the flickering stops.
....Any other ideas ?
