2009 R350 rear relay fuse box PLUG CONNECTOR 0395456128

Hello, I am rewiring my 2009 R350 W251 due to water damage. I have this mystery solid light blue wire that has come lose from a pin. Ive looked as hard as i could for a double wire connection but have found no sign of that. Would anyone happen to know where this wire was supposed to go? I have not fro t or back windshield wipers as of now. I had no horn. Bright light's, blunkers nut now they all work except the windshield wipers. No cigarettes light power either. Fure 50 15amp no power
