Am I missing something here, why can I not find any reference to EGR valve? Even ALLData has no reference. No parts online. only gaskets and actuators.

If Gas come from Gasoline, then no EGR on m272.

please explain.. as there are EGR actuators. if no valve how are the exhaust gasses sent to the intake?

Your picture is from M276 engine. Let's start from the beginning and tell us what's your variant.

so correct the picture is somewhat incorrect, All data is not always 100% accurate. Yes I do have the M272 engine and from other forums it turns out that it uses variable valve timing to allow more overlap to let exhaust gases remain in the combustion chamber.
