Question - I have the smell of what seems to be maybe diesel, maybe oil coming from the back of the car. This happens when I don’t drive it too much and don’t get air into the car. I have the bluetec diesel, 2012 version.. has anyone else noticed this and is there anything I should check?

Have you been making short trips? Maybe just unburnt fuel from start up in the exhaust. My R 320 often does that when I drive to the dog park. Clears up on the way back home. Just a thought.

OK. Good luck. I had a small leak this week at the engine and it turned out to be a fuel hose clamp. Replaced the clamp with a more robust clamp and fuel leak was fixed. Hope that your leak is as easy to fix.
