S550 coupe
S coupe already falling apart
I have an S coupe ($140k car). The side of my front seat is wearing out in two large spots. Local dealer wants to repaint the leather??? That is rediculous. Also, I now notices that the spring is coming thru the leather on side of passenger seat. Trying to contact the regional rep and no response to my email and I have been on hold with mbusa in NJ for over 30 minutes. I have been a two mercedes owner for over 35 years and this is the worst service I have ever seen

Paul, just as there is a towing capacity verify to make sure there is not a maximum load capacity on your vehicle's seats. Also they said to repaint the leather...Lol

If your car is a W140, I would not complain.
