Can anyone help with this question? The new S560 Cabriolet 2018 comes equipped with grill A21788027017F24 (referred to as Panamerican grill). I have a 2017 S550 Cabriolet which has the chrome-appearing-star-studded grill that is widely used among many of their currently-produced cars. Will the Panamerican grill on the 2018 fit my 2017 version? I have been unable to find a definitive answer from the dealers and MB customer service desk is unable to comment. If you know the answer can you advise how you came to this information. Thanks!

same question was asked before. You are going to have to figure it out yourself. Measure both and compare them. Take pictures of both and compare them. (if a dealer will order one and try to compare them, that may be the only way to find out. If they will return with no charge)
Otherwise you have to change to the whole front bumper

Yes, it will swap over. Your fenders, headlamps and hood are the same. You will have to get a new bumper, grilles, emblems and all the trim and keepers, it will then be able to be snapped into place. For what it's worth unless you're keeping the car for a very long time, it's a rather costly and wasteful venture. The car itself has dropped 35% in 1 1/2 years and will continue to do so. I just bought a 3,500 mile Edition 1, (which is basically a new car) for over 60% of its original price and they were getting a 20% premium for the Edition 1's. I'd hold off until you decide to upgrade the entire car.
Thanks for your reply. Based on your explanation I am concluding that the recess in which my grill sits is not the same size as that of the current S560 version? I was hoping it was a simple matter of popping out one grill and installing the other. Apparently that is not the case from what I am understanding. How are you familiar with this subject? Thanks for your assistance
