Burmester vs. Sunglasses
Does anyone know if its feasible to replace the ceiling speaker for the standard sunglass holder? If so, major change in acoustic architecture ?

If you have the High End 3D system, yes, removing that top speaker would change the architecture greatly. Unfortunately, us Cabriolet owners don't get one anyway, so you can compare the sound in your CL to an S Cab to see if you'd miss it.

Why? That system was very expensive and the sound field would be ruined. Just get a visor clip SG holder. My sunglasses rattled in there in my previous MB anyway.
