UnderBody Plastic Help - S550 4MATIC Coupe 2015

Good afternoon

I was wondering if any mechanics would know what this plastic piece that is dragging under my right front. We had a bad storms here in the south last night, and power was out and hit a pot hole or something, then later I notice a dragging sound. Does anyone know what this part is and use for? is it safe to attempt to remove and drive the car to the dealer or should I get it towed?

Thanks again, my first time on the forum, and hoping to have more enjoyable posts in the future.

you need to see where it came from but it wont hurt anything as long as you dont find something stuck up in the car. Break it off, take it with you

I was working on my car, that piece is a drain for some part of the front cowl , it slides on to a piece above it. I dont think it has much function except to drain water and could do with out it.
It should have some screw to hold it firm so you could put one in it.

To me that looks more like the covers for the suspension bits. I took that off of the DR front of one of my E's...it is still in my garage waiting for me to get un-lazy to put it back on.
