'16 S550 Coupe, '11 Lexus LS460, '02 CL500 (SOLD)

MB Fleece Oil Filter

I'm looking at MB oil filter for the S 550 coupe, mercedes 278-180-00-09, and in the pics it doesn't appear to be the fleece type. My previous MB was CL500 and that filter was a fleece type. The fleece are no longer available???

Also, how does the Mann oil filter compare?
