Hi all,

I just purchased a second hand 2017 S550 cab and I love it. My question is, can someone explain to me how to open the ashtray. As I understood it you are supposed to push on the little chrome piece and the ashtray will open in a spring loaded fashion, similar to the cover over the cup holder / disk player. Pushing on mine does nothing, and there's no real purchase to pull it. The car's still under warranty and going in for service this week, but I figured I'd ask since it may just be user error.

its jambed on something, there is something stuck in there when they get it opened Or its broke.
