Operating Temperature for M275/M279 engines

I'm looking for information on the temperature of the thermostat on the M279 (or the M275) engine. Looking to pick up a 2018 S65 Coupe, and am troubled by only a three gallon radiator system in what appears to be a poorly designed cooling system, given the heat generated into the circuit by both the turbos and the transmission.

What's your normal operating temperatures run at?

I have a 2019 S65 Cabriolet with 3500 miles driven so far. Engine Temp is usually 208 Deg F when driving in comfort mode. Oscillates between 214 deg F and 210 deg F when in stop and go traffic in sport + mode. Never seen it exceed 214 deg F.

My s63 is rock solid at 200 F. Little variation. Only rising slightly in the middle of the Texas summer.

Sadly, I just drove an S65 coupe today (2017) and wasn't impressed across the board. Will be sticking Italian for a while.

There was a major update in 2018. Try a 2018 or newer

My 2016 S65 stays at 200F and I have never noticed it exceeding that. It is an amazing car. I wish it had a little more rumble out the back when the engine is warmed up. My previously owned 2008 CL65 had a touch more rumble out the back when the engine was at operating temperature.
