Perfect fit, with optional cut out for night vision camera. If you don't have night vision, you don't need to unscrew the piece of the grille plate that opens up to the camera. I went ahead and did my GL 550 too. But for the GL I did the all black one. My emblem broke so I went with a black one that lights up as well. The S Coupe I went with the black and silver. Silver on the front, black on the side of the slits. The grille from CKS Performance was flawless. The one for the GL I got off eBay and had to fight with fitment. Mainly the star wouldn't lock in properly.
