I would bet that this is a dealer. Just to dispel the assumption that it may not be a individual owner selling his car. That is not always the case.
They commonly use ebay, autotrader, cargurus etc. Still you have to look at the carfax. and if possible have a dealer look up the master inquiry sheet, and then go see the car and take it to a dealer and get in inspected before you ever commit to anything
