2015 S63 Coupe

Popping noise on Door Hinge

There is a popping noise coming from the Drivers-side door hinge whenever I open or close the door on my 2015 S63 Coupe. Looking to see if there is a fix to this.

Porsche guy who drives SL63 w/ perf pkg AND perf suspension

may not fix it but put some oil all on and around the joint. Does the door close with good gaps and fit exactly into place?

Yes, the door does close perfectly with perfect gaps too. It's just the noise from the door hinge.

As mentioned, a little lube on the hinge will probably fix it.

I like to spray a little white lithium grease in the door hinges as part of my yearly preventative maintenance program.
