Just checking if I am not paranoid , when I start the car and start driving after cars finish the start up idle cycle I notice that the car engine temp raise up kinda slowly when the temp outside is about 48 f my can take up to 5 to 8 minutes to get to normal engine temp at 190f
the only thing I changed on the car was the heater control valve and heater working now ,, not sure if thats related
I checked thermostat works fine and no codes for falty thermostat
at the same time my audi allroad gets to normal driving temp in 3 or 4 minutes max
Any one can share some info ,, if thats normal or I need to check on skme thing ?

Mine takes that same amount of time to reach 190degrees and even the transmission shifts seem labored during this time, too
