What offset would I want when upsizing my wheels?

What offset would I want when upsizing my wheels?
I’m going to 21” on my 63 but want them to fill the wheel wells better. I’m having them forged to look identical to the factory wheels but not sure if I can go larger on my offsets and widths. I was also looking at a setup from a 2025 S63 sedan but the offsets and widths are larger. Does anyone actually know if they would fit correctly on my 21 S63 Coupe?

First: Congratulations on acquiring a 2021 S63 coupe. That's a rare gem!
I would contact these folks and pick their brains. They're all in our section promoting their wheels. they may have the info you desire.
