Hi guys

I drive a 2018 S63 coupe (m177)



I get a metal tapping sound while idling and engine turned off also



I suspect it’s coming from the front brake disk area.



It’s coming from front left and right

Any idea why ? It started 3 weeks ago

I could not get your video to open for more than a few seconds.
There's a good chance that it is coming from the expanding and contracting heat shields around the catalytic converters or less llikely, the heat shields around the brake rotors.
