Since this is a non-AMG part, I thought this could be helpful to post here as well.
My S63 Coupe had a very annoying, bit 'tinny' sounding rattle coming from the rear. Especially when driving over uneven roads. I was finally able to find the source of the rattle.
It was the plastic frame that holds the cover behind the center armrest in the backseat. Very easy to fix, by simply putting a few strips of joint sealing tape behind it. (see highlighted in red) Could not be happier
