1998 CL600 power loss?

I have a '98 CL600 and it runs great for about 10 minutes until eng. temp reaches 80-90deg, then it feels as if I loose a bank of cylinders. Big drop in power, but it dri0ves ok with low power. It is difficult to start until the engine cools again.

I recently replace all plugs, wires and ignition coils. Due to bad coils and misfires. Any ideas as to what this could be?

Thanks,
john

Sounds like it's time to yank out those old catalytic converters for some high-flow ones.
