the aux water pump was not worknig so we replaced that.
but now the power source that connects the water pump doesnt work and it was the other day which is weird.
we flushed the heater core and it fine.. no clogs or leaks.
all the proper wires are hot and cold where there suppose to be but nothing is getting inside the car.... all the lines stop at the servo box/heater valve which is prob the problem.
ive read that a bad climate control amplifier in the glovebox is responsible for the servo unit going bad because when the amp dies out it burns the servo unit up. im gonna test the amp and purchased a new one to see if that the problem.
if not i purchased a w116 servo bypass kit for 60 online that give me manual control of the heat put i can still use the fan controls to adjust where i want the heat. better then to spend $600 to replace the servo and have it break again down the line.
will post pics of the bypass job
