VIN location
Apologies if this is in the wrong area. I bought a parts car and cannot find the VIN anywhere. Where can I find the VIN on an early 70's 450 SL C?

The person who sold you the car would have the vin on the registration and or you may find the plate riveted to a cross member under the hood
