I was in a hurry earlier and didn't have a chance to inspect it too closely, but I saw what appeared to be a goldish colored 450 SE (not SEL) with 6.9 badges on it. It had Euro headlights and externally mounted rally-esque round fogs on the bumper. I couldn't tell if it was a real euro or not because I couldn't discern if the bumpers were 5mph or not.

The Charlottesville metro is not huge and I have never seen this particular W116 before, so I'm guessing it was someone visiting for thanksgiving. Figured it would be a long shot to find the owner on this forum, but I'd be interested in knowing more and seeing pictures.

There are a few of them out there. Rare as hen’s teeth but more likely to have been cared for then the typical 116.
