I have two 1990 420SEL's; one is a driver and the other a toy.
Wheel offset required for 1990 420SEL.?????

I am thinking of going from the stock wheel size to 16", 17" or 18" rims. My question is "what is the original offset and is the same one used on larger wheels even when the width goes up to 8.5"?
Thanks for the help, Carl

Stock offset should be anything around 22mm.... generally you'll be fine with any wheels with offsets between 21mm and 25mm. Anything after that and you may need spacers to prevent rubbing, etc.
