Three 1987 420sel problems.

Three 1987 420sel problems.
Well i will list them invovling there importance.
1: Rear passenger window has come off the arm that raises it up/down, i can see the window and the arm, and they are both fine, but i can not for the life of me figure out how to remove the door panel to get to them? and from what i have read, this is a common problem.
2: heater/ac squeels. it some times makes the same squeeling noice when i first start the car up, but it always happens when i have the heater/ac on. its like if i stop at a stop light, then start to go agian, it makes a very loud squeeling noice untill i reach a certian rpm. i normally just rev the car if it squeels when i first start it, but not much i can do once im driving. not really much of a problem, just an anoiance.
3: sunroof knocked off track/track is broken. i can see on the sun roof that the left side bracket or track is broken, the sunroof is closed but it would be nice if i could fix it, but i think i have to remove the head panel or something im not sure, any info on this would be great because i know nothing about the sunroof.

Have you checked oyur drive belts for the squeal? The symptoms you mention sound like loose drive belts.
If the rear door panel is like the front ones, it's not too hard. Look for hidden screws and remember the panel is lifted up to remove.
