1990 air conditioning gas...

hi guys,

which freon did they use when they built the 1990 560SEC ?
I am guessing R12..??

if so, just wondering where to get it now a days.

Couple pounds of R12 is what you need, unless it has been converted to R134a.

Any A/C shop will have R12, but its around $100 a pound. It has been 3 years since I have needed a recharge, so things could have changed since then.
