Fs: 1983 380 Sel
I'm selling my '83 380SEL. I believe I am the second owner. It's in great running condition, but the body does have a lot of rust. Should be great for parts or a restoration of the body would make it a beautiful car once again. It has 175,000 miles and the engine is still strong. It has been properly maintained throughout the years. I'm asking $1000 OBO, I've been told the engine is worth about $3500 alone. The tires are new, the brakes were done about 3,000 miles ago.
There are some problems with it. The AC and heater don't work. The compressor doesn't work and the fan burned out. I also think it needs new shocks. The antenna for the radio only goes up about half the way. The main problem is the rust. The car runs great and is very driveable, it just has those inconveniences.
I'd rather sell it to a forum member who will take care of it or make good use of it. I'll post pics tomorrow.
