my passenger side rear window went down and now wont come up. see, i was gonna just open the rears a tad, then i heard a clank and put it back up, but stupidly i decided to take it down again, this time, all the way and now im stuck down,. i tried to use my fingers to pull it up but i cant get a good enough grip. if i press on the botton i can hear the motor going up and down. what do u think has happened and is it possible to fix my self with basic tools or else ill end up having to goto a dealer. i cant find any good local independetnt service techs in my area.

also, im wondering about oil, what to use, i had a oil change at 151K back in california, but now im in chicago, and the cold is approaching, what grade, brand should i use. i have 155K miles on the car now. i noticed MPG has gone down to less than 15 since i moved even tho ive been using 93 octane. thanks for all the advice
