adding onto this, is there a way you can adjust how high/low you want the back to be with the SLS?

It changes all the time
To the best of my knowledge the 560s never had air suspension. You must be referring to the hydraulic load leveling system in the rear. There are no rear shocks. What you see are hydraulic cylinders that look like shocks and are fed by a pump on the front of the engine through a control valve mounted near the left rear axle. The pump is geared to the engine and runs when the engine does.
