Will wheels from a 1991 190E fit my w126?

I really need some new tires for my 300sd, and I'm not a big fan of the chrome 14" "bundt" wheels that came on my 300sd. I found a guy with the tires (almost new) and wheels from a 190e for a good price. Will they fit without the offset being horribly wrong? They're the 15" 15 hole style wheels.

Thanks!

280SE W116, 500SEL W126
No they won't fit correctly
The offset is much higher than what is required for the 126
Without chunky spacers they would rub on suspension components and would sit well in the wheel wells making the car look very awkward

Don't waste your time with them

03 VW GTi 20vT & 89 300SEL
the offsets will not match as stated above. Iirc the max offset should be +25 before rubbing starts
