1991 Mercedes-Benz 560 SEL
Newbie

Hello everyone!

I am a new user to this forum and just stopped in to say hello. I have a passion for the 126 Mercedes that some may say borderlines madness. It’s not my fault really as Mercedes should not have built such a fine automobile.

Anyway most in this forum may already know me. I also like American V8 sports cars made by GM and Ford. I work as a mechanic so I may be able help out when questions arise. My vast amount of first hand knowledge lies with the 1986-1991 Mercedes-Benz 420 and 560 sedans. You will rarely find me outside of this chassis unless I am gabbing on the off topic area. I don’t proclaim to be the Jack of all Mercedes but I have a very firm grasp of the systems at hand pertaining to the above mentioned W126 Mercedes-Benz.

I must also warn you that I am hated by many other forum moderators and host due to my passion for truthful and accurate information. I think you will find me to be of MUCH help when problems arise.

For me the automobile and Mercedes-Benz is more than just a mode of transportation. For me it’s a way of life.

I look forward to having some good times.

I don’t deal much in the aftermarket parts but I did have a set of Euro 500 manifolds a few years back. Are you just referring to the dual outlet log type manifolds or the all out race AMG equal length "Headers"?

I don’t have anything in stock but I was curious because you had mentioned the word header rather than manifold.

Other than the usual e-bay, internet search and such I have nothing and no where to refer you. You might want to try that eurotech (people who own this board) because when I was checking them out they seem to specialize in all the aftermarket goodies like exhaust and such. I did not see too much in the ways of w126 stuff but maybe they cost so much they don’t list them.

I was wrong on the name of that company in the prior post. EuroSport is the user in here that bikes around France without any underpants. EuroTech is just the mixing up of the two.

http://www.evosport.com/

Is the place that I seen the headers and performane parts for sale.
