Buzzing in speaker

On my 87 300sdl there is abuzzing sound in the left front speaker when the radio is on and I turn on the headlights. When I move the sound to the rear noise goes away. Any ideas appreciated

The only thing i can think of, is that buzzing noise is intereference from the electricity going to your headlights. or, its touching the ground, if your headlights have a ground wire.

I have no idea if the wires are anywhere near each other. but thats the only thing i can think of. The wire runs from your radio, to the pre-amp if you have one, then to the speaker, or striaght to the speaker form the radio to door panel/dash.
